After much debate and a series of indicative votes, the Sally Seymour amendment (as it will become known) is passed by the Chidd CC Committee on Monday evening and we'll be expanding into the Pizza business next season!
Following extensive research, Committee member Sally Seymour recommended the Oona Koda (LPG fired) pizza oven.
After the meeting, Chairman Ian Spicer commented that "the Oona Koda is an award winning oven firing up to 500 degrees centigrade within 15 minutes and can cook a Neopolitan-style pizza in an incredible 60 seconds. I have rarely seen the Committee so excited!"
